What is executive coaching?
- Executive coaching is said to be one of the highly individual practices in talent development. This is because it has a direct and confidential relationship between someone that is getting coached and the coach themselves.
- Having a conference one-on-one with the managers (seniors) or leaders within a company like directors, president, vice presidents, etc. as an executive coach will provide a structured, safe and trustworthy area to give support to individuals.
- As an executive coach, they will assist the leader to gain an understanding of their current competencies. This is so they can see the way that they perceive others and have their focal point on identifying and refining their current goals. Also, they discuss the reasonable steps to take to complete these goals.
