You should have systems in place whether you are employing any migrant worker, sponsored or not, who is in breach of the immigration conditions for instance - a migrant with leave as a Skilled Worker has a promotion, change in job title or change in salary. This should be reported to UKVI within 10 working days.

Employment

You should be able to demonstrate that you offer genuine employment which meets the Skilled Worker Visa requirement on skill level and appropriate rates of pay. If a sponsored migrant is absent from work without permission for more than 10 consecutive working days, the sponsor must report this within 10 working days of the 10th day of absence.
