What is Quality Management?
Quality management is the process of overseeing all the tasks and activities that are required to be completed to conserve a chosen level of quality/ excellence. This involves the determination of creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, a quality policy and quality improvement and quality control. It can also be known as total quality management (TQM). Overall, quality management is something that focuses on and prioritizes long-term goals through the implementation of short-term initiatives.
